Payment Processing Times

Depending on the payment method you have used, the following indicative processing times apply:

Credit and debit card transactions

If you have paid an invoice using an accepted credit or debit card, your payment is confirmed once Stripe has charged your card. It then takes up to 5 business days to arrive into our bank account.

Any services you ordered will be provisioned once we receive the confirmation of your payment from Stripe, which is usually immediately after you make your payment.

Note: In some cases, we may reach out to you and ask you to provide more information about your payment. This is usually done if your payment is flagged for review by Stripe or our internal systems. Your ordered services will be provisioned once any issues have been resolved and your payment is confirmed.

Electronic funds transfer (EFT or bank transfer)

Payments made to us from a New Zealand bank account usually reaches us on the same day as New Zealand banks process payments between them every hour from 9 AM to 11 PM, except on public holidays.

Once your payment has been received in our business bank account, it will be shown in our accounting system on the following business day. Payments made on public holidays are usually processed by banks on the next business day, which will appear on our bank statement a day after.

Proof of payment

In some cases, we may ask for a proof of payment from you. This is usually required when we need to locate your payment in our bank statement to ensure it is allocated to your invoice correctly. If we ask you for a proof of payment, please ensure you send a clear and legible screenshot showing the following details:

  • The account name and number from which you made the payment.
  • The account name and number to which your payment was made.
  • Details of any reference you entered while making the transaction.
  • The amount you have paid.

Please send this screenshot by replying to the email you receive from our Accounts Team.

Privacy Note: Please ensure you redact or crop out any non-relevant information or transactions from your screenshot. As part of confirming and locating your payment, your proof of payment may be submitted to our bank for following up.
